Panther Beach - Santa Cruz, CA (Part 1)

A few month back, I took a trip to Santa Cruz and the near by city of Davenport in California. I went to several beaches there that other photographers have recommended to me! They were sure very beautiful. Here are some of the photos I took there. I went to Shark Fin Cove, Panther Beach, Bonny Doon Beach and the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. Some of the photos will be like "mini time lapses". If you wish to view those as a slideshow, just click on any image on this blog post and a slideshow should load.
Full Resolution Photos and Prints: If you want to see full resolution photos or buy prints of any of the photos you see, they are up on my portfolio for viewing. To see my best Santa Cruz photos from this trip, use this link. To see all of my Santa Cruz Photos from this trip, use this link.

Today, I have photos from part 1 of Panther Beach located in Santa Cruz, CA. This beach is also one of the more harder beaches to access due to the steepness of the only route down. You will definitely need 2 people to navigate down to this beach. Also, don't expect to see Hole in the Wall before heading down as the hole will be right under where you are standing! The landmarks in this blog post includes Panther Beach (of course) and Hole in the Wall. The photos will include regular scenery and HDRs.

A regular shot on the other side of Hole in the Wall at Panther Beach.
As you can tell, I did get my feet wet taking this shot. Good thing I had flip flops on. Also good thing my tripod is high and sturdy, or my camera might have been drenched. :P

Anyways, I didn't shoot too many photos on the other side of Hole in the Wall as the tide was coming in. I just did a few quick photos and went back to the safe side.

Another photo of the other side. I also shot off a few wider angle shots which I will show next time.

These are all the photos for today. I hope you have enjoyed them. Next time I will have more photos from Panther Beach. Please don't forget to share the blog post with your friends and family members!
